My wife and I bought a few Rick Steves' Tour Books on a recent trip to London, Paris, Rome. The book was way more informative than the actual expensive Vatican Guide provided by Grand European Tours.

The description of sites was quite accurate. I am going to write him to consider adding some extra items. For example, Christmas time is an excellent time to spend in Rome.
Completely happy with this tour book, as with all R.S's guide books. I know I will feel as if I have been there before when I first arrive
